Single Fatherhood

Privacy Policy

Your family’s privacy matters. We aim to collect only what we need and store as little family detail as possible.

Email signups and free accounts

Email and guide signups store your first name, email address, and signup topic or source. We use these details to manage the Single Fatherhood email list and send relevant updates.

Free member accounts use your email address and a secure email link to sign in. We record your confirmation that you are 18 or older and when your membership began. We link existing subscriber records only after your account email is confirmed. We do not ask for a date of birth, avatar, or family details. Creating an account does not subscribe you to an email list.

If you want to leave a list or ask for your account or details to be removed, contact us. You can also use an unsubscribe link when one is included in an email.

The free family plan

When you request Dad’s Got This, we save your first name and email address and record that you requested the guide. We use that information to manage your signup and provide access to the download.

The printable plan is for you to fill out and keep. Single Fatherhood does not collect the family details you write into it. Keep your completed plan somewhere safe and share it only with people you trust.

Contact messages

We store the name, email address, message, and submission date you send through our contact form. We use them to understand your request and respond when appropriate. Sending a message does not add you to our email or membership lists.

Contact messages are not public. Please do not send children’s names, custody documents, medical records, financial account details, or other sensitive family information.

Affiliate links and cookies

If you follow an affiliate link, the partner may use cookies or similar tracking to recognise that you came from Single Fatherhood and attribute a purchase. These cookies can help the partner calculate a commission without increasing your price.

Partner websites have their own privacy policies and cookie choices. Check those before buying or sharing personal details. Your browser settings may let you limit or delete cookies.

Keeping information limited

We use service providers to host the site and store submissions. We use signup and contact details for the purposes described here, not to publish your family’s story. We aim to keep information only while it is needed for those purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

Children’s privacy

This site and its tools are for adults. They are not for children to create accounts or submit personal information. If a child’s details were sent to us by mistake, contact us so we can address it.

Your questions and choices

You can ask about the information you submitted, request a correction, or request removal through our Contact page. Please do not include sensitive family documents with your request.

If our practices change, we will update this page.
